耘山的風味是以台灣茶的濫觴「凍頂烏龍茶」為基底,是一款發酵比較偏重,經過長時間烘焙而成,凍頂烏龍茶一度成為台灣茶的代名詞,它務實地、厚植地慢慢耕耘台灣茶的國際地位,所以取名為耘山,耘山的口味比較偏重焙火的技巧,可以藉由梅納反應喝到茶葉的甘甜與焙香,有一點焦糖香與麥香,茶色呈現琥珀帶金黃,透亮、光澤。
