果木烏龍是以台灣所產的龍眼炭慢火烘焙而成,此茶的製程極長而且步驟繁瑣,由於烘焙的過程中需要極有經驗的焙茶師傅,依茶的性質與開面狀態在配合上溫度與濕度來進行焙製,所以是一款很有「人」味的茶品,其味道比較濃郁,回韻與後韻強勢,茶湯琥珀橙紅,有厚實的龍眼木熟果香。
